We have some smart contributors to this board with a logical, common sense approach to investing In this stock long term. If we read between the lines a little I think John is setting us up for a huge run this summer with positive catalyst after positive catalyst coming down the pipe. He had to get all the bad language out in the 10k and the story going forward will look much bright the next two quarters. Customer service is number 1 in this business and I’ve learned many times over to “under promise and over deliver” this is exactly how It’s being setup with Johns reporting. He’s been around the block and knows how to work it!
