I think they said on the CC the deal would close in 2 months, so that would be in August.

I thought of something that could indirectly be beneficial for FMG coming out of this Goliath/Goldlund merger. Why wouldn't this transaction help us with the Springpole permitting? Barring any issues with this deal getting done we will indirectly already be mining in Ontario. Something that can't be claimed before this deal was struck.

Dan told me the big nut to crack is going to be the indigenous people giving their approval, but already having FMG mining in Ontario with Treasury can't hurt our chances with Ontario and Canada in obtaining the Sprinpole permitting.

I think it makes sense.
