Is Apache a takeover target with these increasing oil prices?

Apache holds 1.8 million acres in Permian basin.
The two new oil strikes with Total partnership not yet quantified.
Anadarko had 240,000 Permian basin acres. Taken over by oxy
Short squeeze still in process Institutions increased ownership to 95%
35 million share still short.

5% of 377,430,000 equals 18,871,500 available to satisfy shorts problem for shorts.
Institutions net accumulating stock not selling, not with take over in the wind.
ConocoPhillips has 1 million acres in Permian basin
Chevron has 2 million acres in Permian basin and wanted Anadarko’s offered 40 billion?
With just the oil price increase I see $27 to $65 per share for Apache.
With a take over bid I would expect around $100 a share placing Apache at around $40 billion worth. Could be.
