Thanks, No2K, I thought I was losing it the other day when I went to the Orange book and saw that Elite had garnered 38 entries, last week and for the about last 6 months it was 25, they got both the IR and XR from Sungen, to be reported on their page, if you punch up anda's , 212307 and 211352, on the FDA page, they both show Elite Labs, If you go back to Dec. 11, it shows Elite labs just got the Anda, It's all been switched or updated, however, you want to perceive it. I have never seen that before. Now we all know the FDA, they do not do anything in a hurry, so, I do have a couple of clean up questions.
1:, It's been noted that if Elite has under X amount of drugs they make, they do not have to pay 2 million dollars for every new Anda.
2: do they have to pay 4 million now ?
3:, Elite makes many drugs, with lots of different strengths, as in Adderall tabs and caps, where does that that add up on the thresh hold of over the top so they gotta pay ?
4: if they are above the threshold do they have to pay Sungen, but Sungen doesn't have to pay because they were not above the threshold, never mind on that question.
