A shell, like HDII is worth about $200k...

THAT IS A VERIFIABLE FACT!

In the case of either a direct purchase or a reverse merger, it is STILL worth $200k!

Why would any company pay $22M?

They wouldn't!

Apparently only mathematically impaired traders would pay 100X the actual value for a shell!
