Not to be too deep with my answer. From an economic footprint this business trading sector is politely screwed. We know the Federal Reserve printed billions in dollars and will force inflation into the economy. The structure holds some value less market cap. Not assessed the assets. What is value potential is shareholders, issuing stock in exchange for growth. Growth wins over inflation everything else is worthless. So time to buy and build, cheaper to pay down the debt. This is circa 1972/ 73 all over again.
