If and I say if, they need to execute a RS it will not happen anytime soon there is a long process that will have to be completed

Look at the share volume and the money that has been traded the past 3 weeks.

IF PEOPLE WOULD STOP FLIPPING EVERY 2 TICKS WE WOULD EASILY MOVE BACK OVER $0.15.
I have been here a while. PPS went to .25 while heavy dilution was going on.
Dilution has almost dried up.
People got scared and bailed when 10K for 2019 came out, but we already knew everything that was in the 10K, nothing new was in there.
