Rumors have been circulating the message boards and various social medias stating that the placement is closed or close to a conclusion. The company does not condone these activities and will release an 8 K if and when the placement is closed.

This type of placement will take time to close fellow investors. It is rare for a transaction of this type to be attempted by a OTC penny stock. Everything I know says the company is anticipating a late July to early August close. CIM was not having much success in bringing in monies towards the package, so Donald Capital is being used to expand the # of investor eyes on it. Let us hope they have better success than CIM.
