I have been a stockholder of ECOS for many years. I hold close to one billion shares of your common stock in our 4 family accounts. I have been hearing plans for a Class Action Suit among the present stockholders for your lack of communications with your shareholders. They claim your Fiduciary Responsibility is being ignored.
