I too didnt take the time to read the s-3 filing, the market has been so hot, and it came out in the middle of trading, I saw someone else post $20 offering, and I reposted same (my bad)


but someone also said that Friday was last day for any offerings, you are saying mon-tues, so which is it, thats why the actual filing will be very helpful, I know I would buy more and hold longer, instead of trading it day by day out of fear of offering on top of offering...

I think we have seen 3 so far

and some shorts would consider covering if they knew NO offerings for a while....

Monday or Tuesday is last day of any last offering .
If you look on the fillings they do say up to 3 .
Last one it was no proceeds for the company just excersing warrants.
Company made 0 dollars.
My opinion
He needs to have 150 mil o/s run the company for a year and sell the company to Disney for $30-$50. 00 a share
Don't forget GNUS was trading on otc and the CEO sold a company to Disney before .
But be aware they might do another one .
I am just sespicious today the whole world was up one of the best days in the market except GNUS .
Look at my previous post I had it $1.40 avg and sold the majority at $8.00 plus .
And I mentioned about offering I might happened
