So I would have to have tie up $25,000 minimum margin deposit to short 10,000 shares of VYST right?

And IF the PPS dropped 1¢
I would make $100?

Drops ½¢ and I make 50 bucks?

woo hoo?

I don't short stocks, but that doesn't sound like a sound financial play to me.

Kinda seems that shorting VYST
is stupider than OWNING it!
