In March of 2019, the CEO of the company filed to a Form 15: a termination of its registration of its public shares which in my opinion enabled the company not to make public financial public filings.

It is my opinion, that there are certain regulatory requirements for reporting by a corporation that has over a certain number of shareholders.

It is also my opinion that this company may have a larger shareholder base than the reporting minimum number of shareholders. Furthermore, if more people are buying the stock, then there is a higher likelihood that this company may have exceeded the threshold for reporting.

Company filings enable potential investors to review the company finances to determine whether or not they would like to invest.

Currently, the company is not reporting any results. How does one invest in this company without seeing the financials?????

How many shareholders are there in the company?

How many shareholders require the company to report their finances?

Do your own due diligence.
