Someone I know who is knowledgeable about this industry and this stock $TLSS and their contract with $AMZN - they just posted this message below on a private TLSS group chat group.

1 year ago - June 8 2019 - the market value of the company (stockholders equity at $12/share) on last business day of the 2nd fiscal quarter (6/28/19) was $46,248,300.

This does NOT include + was well before increased revenues, acquisitions which add to market cap, the Substantial measures made to improve the balance sheet, the operating cost restructure that eliminated $1 million in expense annually + the significant debt reduction initiatives Including a debt extinguishment of $39 million + another $2.9 million this quarter. Also in Q2 they have received an aggregate amount of $3.4 million to date through the Care's Act, a goodly amount of which is forgivable.

Q2 '19 had revenues of $7.5 million with a loss of -$.63 per share. According to the guidance, we are going to blow those numbers away this year .

Based on 306M share count, that's a *BASE* of $.15, if we repeated last year's very poor performance numbers.

But we know it's much better than that. At least double that (.30) at a minimum Baseline with the revenues and cost restructures that have done, and more based on current and future acquisitions and growth. So honestly anything you have paid at this point is BELOW Market Cap. Just hang tight and watch it grow.
