Feb. 28, 2020 - OZSC stock skyrockets

Look at the chart.
Look at the PR.

On Feb. 28, 2020, the official PR came out about OZSC and PCTI entering a binding agreement.
OZSC shot up to $0.79 per share on Feb. 28, as a result.
A few days earlier, it was only $0.09 per share.
Therefore, it shot up almost 10x in value because of that PR.

Yes, there has been more dilution since then in bringing the price down to basically a penny per share.
Now, imagine, if/when we get the PR about the official "closing" of the merger.
I don't just see it going up 10x in value, like the PR did on Feb. 28.
I see it going up much more. A stronger multiplier in shareholder value than what we saw on Feb. 28.

Closing of the merger (official news) is more powerful, because it becomes officially locked in that PCTI and OZSC are merging, and shareholders will then get PCTI's revenue value factored in, along with the value of potential contract deals (forward looking market value) with the Air Force, etc.

When that PR comes out on the official closing of this merger, this won't just go up 10x (like the Feb. 28 PR).
This stock will go up at least 20x to 25x.
Yes, at least $0.20 per share, maybe even over $0.25 when this PR comes out.

But don't sell all of your shares then.
Keep plenty of them for later. I would still keep the majority of them after the merger closes.
Because if PCTI secures the contract with the Air Force (once it becomes official news), then they are going to be bringing in $360 million - $450 million in revenue, this stock goes BALLISTIC.

Over $2.00 per share, if factoring in at least another $360 million in revenue.
$2 billion "valuation" in market cap value by then ....
even if one billion outstanding shares at that time, this stock is $2.00 per share.
