Can you give us a simple indicator (green is a go, red is a no, or something else) in terms of educating us to either "yes shareholder remuneration is happening it is just a matter of when" or "no the shareholder settlement/remuneration aspect of the deal has fizzled out or is dead and will not be happening now or in the near term. "
Also, has your perception of how you saw this whole Bancorp saga changed much over the last 2 years, given what you have learned and discovered? Your valiant efforts have obviously given you a totally unique perspective.
