They call it a spin off subsidiary. Management team is some guy in Hong Kong (John Martin), the ringleader behind all things ERBB (Peter Jacobs) and our very own Lindel Creed.

I suspect it was created to siphon off any real vending machine revenues to directly enrich the insiders but no one has ever really said.
