Pershing sees 'substantial' share appreciation for Fannie, Freddie In its annual investor update, Bill Ackman's Pershing Square said it believes Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Freddie Mac (FMCC) "are firmly on a path towards exiting conservatorship."
