People are trying to argue whether or not it’s dilution .’And the fact is plain and simple that if it is used to run operations such as paying rent paying manufacturing and advertising cost then it’s not considered as dilution even though they are taking out money to run their business that’s what is happening lately the higher the volume the more shares will be taken out for the company . It happens to every company and I mean every . When it’s dilution this is regarding any public offering or conversion of notes that activity is considered dilution going on .
