They have already done a R/S and have 32 million shares that have to be returned to their SS...Maybe borrowed shares

and 500,000,000 Restricted went Poof as they are in corporate process right now. Signed a proxy vote in April for officer on my holdings

There are 32 million J105 shares at My Principle investment that were caught in a Market Fail to Deliver...Technically they are worth $99,999.99 per share...lets say for sure $250,000,00.00 as that want the SEC complaint was for on file.

Someone wrote a Blank Check $______________________________.00 to 3-4 holders...
