unfortunately, he is of course rushing it...
there is no way he wanted to go through an offering, r/s and uplist without having proved mass production, made deliveries and having revenue..and maybe even contracts signed etc...
but he got authorized for the r/s late July...Vietnam gave prodigy the go-ahead in August...he slow played it until it was too late to do it but he went for it anyway because he thought he could...he had the warehouse bldg, climate control, in the 11 labs etc..
he set a goal of up listing for Nov because he was confident about mass production....
mass production was a failure and no up list was done...but plan B was the Spring...plenty of time for kim to stumble around and still get it done...
except, oops...reality hit kim like a ton of bricks ( yet again) and here comes the pandemic..delay delay delay..
back in Nov he chose a BOD..he has had them waiting for 7 months...its beyond ridiculous at this point..
so he announces hes going to seat the BOD in 60 days (now about 47 days)...his authorization for the r/s is up around the same time...authorization for up list can take 5-7 weeks...theres NO WAY kim wants an extension to the r/s and theres no way the BOD wants any part of it either...so up list or no up list, the r/s has to get done before the BOD is seated...
no one is even sure if eggs have been transferred to Vietnam yet so the likelihood of mass production out of prodigy before the r/s is mighty slim...
kim already had the blockbuster webcast that was a big dud...we already know kim wants to finance via dilution so theres no news coming from there...
im sure kims going to try to raise the pps somehow...but all I can see as a possibility is forward looking statements...im sure he will announce hes all hot and bothered about licensing...but there will be no names or numbers involved...im sure he will make new predictions about mass production, amounts and such...nothing we haven't already heard..
kim is going to need to pull a few rabbits out of his hat...and they had better be alive this time...no more dead rabbits...otherwise, I just don't know how you get investors to fork over $11.5 mil...I just don't see it...
kim has Maxim ready to go...the offering has been filed..he has his consultants ready to get the up listing going...he pr'd the BOD will be seated soon...
yea his back is up again the wall..and yes, hes rushing it...he has no choice...
he might have a shot if hes got a catalyst...but it needs to be a big one...
