He explained the meaning of what he stated right after as follows:

Otcmarkets is not updated by the company but the transfer agent. Sometimes the share reserves (which are not even issued shares) get accidentally added to the actual outstanding shares.

So yes I am aware of share issuances, these are not share issuances.. same thing happened 2 weeks or so ago and it was then adjusted

He wasn't posing a question that he didn't know the answer to but explained exactly what has and is happening on this issue.


No typical BullS$it there whatsoever. The exact opposite to be precise. What is more there never has been any promotion of the stock in any manner ever.
