the facility already exist. As stated in their Feb PR about the MOU, they singed a 5 year production MOU. Just because the agreement was not "Finalized" doesn't mean they are not able to produce any product. Finalizing the agreement is just to finish any little details that need to be done.

Obviously DD needs to be done and the manufacturing facility needed to have the equipment and meet the standards needed for the product. Normal business stuff.

And again, their samples can easily be coming from Israel where they already sell products and have a facility to produce it. Either way, the facility already needed to be able to produce the formula which should have gone through a production run already.
