Ah, so we now have confirmation that the company's lawyer was providing material non-public information to a shareholder!

I have the whole thing copied and archived with the timeline. The SEC loves this stuff with a bow tied around it and traders publicly bragging about trading on inside information to boot!

And y'know... trading on inside information IS still illegal!

Glad it is all well-documented!
