And how is that important? It is just paperwork!

All that matters is "if" anyone wants anything to do with this shell... and what, if anything, they will give existing HDII shareholders for the shell!

Put it this way... any company interested in a reverse merger here isn't going to pay much for the shell.

A brand new "CLEAN" pink current shell with all shares included is maybe $500k. Why would anyone pay more for a stop sign shell with a ton of shares already out there?
