Conversations with Nasdaq at such early stages are confidental, that's why he can't comment. It could ruin the relationship with Nasdaq if he would go into details.

I talked to the VP of listing requirements at NASDAQ several months ago and posted as such here. At that time he, in no way shape or form indicated that legality of CBD was the reason for not listing us on NASDAQ.
Well documented here ask anyone who's been around.
