Yes, the financials for the quarter ending Dec. 31, 1029 were due the end of March.

But (technically?) they aren't late as the SEC granted TWO filing deadline extensions due to the virus.

Vystar simply used these extensions to their advantage.
Even though they COULD HAVE filed at any time.

I'm betting the financials are going to be VERY BAD, and they will delay until the last minute possible to file.

What WE don't know can't hurt THEM?

I don't know the exact day they are due now,
but end of June to the first couple days in July.

I ran out of fingers & toes trying to count the days!
