Once that's official in a PR, in terms of the merger being complete, this shoots up to at least $0.25.

If they get the deal with the Air Force for 4,500 carts, this goes up past $1.00 per share ($360 million revenue).
Combine that with Defense Weapons deal, and they're approaching $2.00 per share (at least).


If they only strike a deal for a partial amount of the 4,500 carts with Air Force, this sees at least $0.50 or $0.60.
