I apologize for the dumb question but when you say "After Tax Net Present Value (NPV) of $9.47 U.S....Does this mean in 3 plus years from when Niocorp is actually producing a product and making money from the mine the stock price could be trading at $9.47 U.S??? Thanks for any insight on this.
