Depends on how you look at it. Uplisting would be great for the company but shareholders who ride thru a reverse split will see only a fraction of future profits compared to what they would be if they got to keep all their shares.

Next June if FDA hasn't issued regulations I will vote for a reverse split. For now I am going to hold and vote NO.
