they can do a rs get the share price temporarily high while reducing the OS significantly. The price would then bleed a bit. To uplist they would have an offering of new shares a much lower price than the price post rs. Every new share would dilute the existing shareholders. Basically the legacy shareholders get screwed in an uplist from OTC to Nasdaq. Its not the fantasy come true but a bad deal. If you want to own Nasdaq stock buy a Nasdaq stock.

482mil OS price $2.7 let say they did a 20 to 1 rs the new OS would be 24mil and price would be $54 both still to high but this is just an example. So offering price of $10, price drops overnight and brand spanking new shares are sold into the float. For a real life example go look at verbturd. All the legacy shareholders that held long n strong thru the uplist are bagholders. Granted its a company ran by a used carsalesman Mr Convertible Note and they dont have a widget that saves lives. The play on CYDY is positive news from FDA. If its real good then CYDY will be over $10.
