gzfx IS A NV REGISTERED COMPANY, none with this type of A/S has ever gave longs anything but pain, NONE.
With a NV registered company, the fatman without shareholders approval, can make his shares protected against the reverse split then wipe out all other shareholders with a large R/S
One last thing, don't put any creedence to the fact he owns 120 million shares yada yada yada, means nothing, he gave them to himself, he can give himself more at any time, means nothing except to the shills when they continuously say that it's proof that the ceo/fatman cares, because when the shareprice goes up he profits, if it goes down, he loses, it's all bs, means nothing, the A/S is 25 billion, what will likely happen is that after the sp gets to .000# something, the reverse split and know this noobie, if you owned 100,000,000 shares, you will then own a thousand, the shareprice will open up a thousand times higher than before the split, and quickly tank back to pennies, wiping out all shareholders, it's happened time and time again in the otc.bb.nv and will happen here, and here is the kicker, the A/S will stay at 25 billion, the A/S does not split, leaving the fatfk ceo to dump, dump, dump all over again.
