Keep in mind that most of INO's test results for several diseases have been good on efficacy and great on side effects (probably due to the tiny amount injected.)

The fact that nothing has come to market in spite of results may be just the cumbersome process at the FDA. I don't think INO has any FDA denials - just delays. But big companies seem to have less trouble getting products through - maybe because they are better resourced. INO's development and delivery systems are different, and revolutionary changes are major obstacles for bureaucrat regulators.

When new flu vaccines are released, they haven't gone through a 3 year testing process, and how often are they configured for the wrong viral strains?

So I am skeptical - where do Federal regulators go when they retire - and who benefits by maintaining the existing paradigms.
Being a medical inventor myself, I have experienced the paradigm block of big companies that will do anything to maintain their business models.
