Listened to the call yesterday. Chan‘s answers to the questions were correct and show enormous level of knowledge. However, unfortunately they are not to the point.
Example: What about competition?
Answer should have been: None there, no one can do what we can do. The closest is miles away in terms of surface the filter provides and hence does not show results that would in any way come close to ours. Do you need more specifics to believe I am telling the truth?

What he did say was tons of technical and science knowledge. One had to listen very carefully to be able to follow. An investor will likely feel that this is someone trying to evade answering the question, when really what he did was bring up specifics to prove his point. He does that in a lot (all that I have seen) of interviews. Thats just not how a pitch works. So yes, I agree, another representative would help. Or just training. I am sure he could learn it. Being a product manager I deal with this type of person often and it seemingly is always the same. Its virtually impossible for them to get their point across in a few, precise words. :)
