perhaps the crooks at jcp want the B K to go forward...….amazon is waiting for it to play-out...….buy up all the assets and no liabilities......shareholders get fu****

I still don`t see how this process can go forward....jcp put out a positive P R to lure in investors and then slam them with chapter 11 late in the same day.....people go to jail for this crap.....this judge would be crazy to allow this B K to continue!

however the judge in the gen Flynn case seems to be making up his own rules as it goes....kinda scary jcp..$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
