My feeling is it would be too soon for a buyout. The bigger players have not done well in Canada because of how the dispensaries were set up. To few too late, meanwhile big companies grew tons of pot which could not be sold.
Golden Leaf saw this and got out fast probably first to do so. These guys running our company are pretty knowledgeable and if I have an opinion this meeting is to recast the debenture debt. Do it with all of the solid 1st and 2nd Qt financials in place and ask for a restructuring with better terms. 12 % is high in todays market.
