In order to receive any chance of maybe free shares from this. You would have to buy mass amounts right now of Exxe or have had been aquiring mass amounts, then wait until audits, then wait for spin off, then wait for your "free" shares, then wait until you can sell. Has nothing to do with tax brackets. I am saying this is just a fund raising event that might backfire, but yes it may come through and in 2 years from August or October of this year we may indeed have made our free money be holding, but in the OTC world that is a very huge risk, yes it may pay off in the end. But that isn't why we play the OTC. Especially when the Big Leagues are trade free and the OTC still have to pay to play with most brokers.
