Here are some of my thoughts... I understand that even though we are trying to do things the right way we will, 1. Make mistakes from time to time and, 2. Some people won't believe us anyhow. (Why those folks just don't sell is beyond me!) We have nothing to hide. We are so brand new to the market that we don't have any massive debt or other baggage dragging around behind us, etc.

We are not comfortable with the idea of a R/S. Stockholders won't like it and we are not hard boiled enough to consider it. We still care.


Take it for what it's worth. It was in an email from me explaining to him that all those restricted shares the employees owned would be worthless if they did an R/S because investors would avoid ETIM like the plague.
