$UNSS Universal Solar: Life changer?

UNSS Universal Solar is the only penny stock I am Long on, which I believe could be a life changer.
Late last year I invested into UNSS as it was merging with a private company called Entrex. It retraced to bottom levels after shooting quickly over 4 cents. When it retraced, I became a Long Term investor after thorough due diligence (I have exchanged emails/had phone calls with Entrex CEO almost weekly and spoke with UNSS CEO, once) uncovered the following:

1. Entrex (existing revenue - scaling up this year 1B+ valuation potential over 5 years) with a solid private capitalization platform which uses IBM technology.

2. Incredible proven and very communicative Entrex CEO Stephen Watkins built two 1-B companies! Other managers are heavy hitters that had key position at Amazon, Block Buster and other billion dollar companies. Link here:

3. FLOAT IS TINY with ZERO DILUTION!!! Approx. 53M shares. Most shares are locked by Longs like me.

4. The PPS retraced to sub penny and stabilized after there was a major delay of a few months in submitting FINS due to an internal conflict within UNSS legacy team (not Entrex). Recently, UNSS CEO provided an update that all should be resolved within this quarter, so June 30th at the latest. See link here:

5. In the meantime, Entrex released incredible revenue deal announcements on their website including a commitment for $7.5 million PIPE offering, with more deals to come, but none of these were release as PRs as they are waiting for UNSS to release the FINS, so this is very much UNDER THE RADAR - see link here:

8. PPS projections - here's why I am so excited about UNSS-ENTREX in the short and long term:
PPS estimates based on tiny 53M Float:
EASY: 10M$ valuation translates to ~0.19$ PPS
VERY REALISTIC: 100M$ valuation translates to ~1.90$ PPS
Entrex 3-5 YR PLAN: 1B$+ valuation translates to ~19$+ PPS
As if that wasn't enough, the company could start issuing dividends and would also be an attractive buyout. UNSS = LIFE CHANGER!!!
