Seriously? LOL!!

This isn't some heroic life saving thing we're talking about here, despite the efforts to characterize it as such. We're talking about an shareholder, allegedly a doctor, pushing his patients towards a trial of drug he has an investment in, and encouraging other "shareholder doctors" to do the same on a stock board. It's cut and dried, the medical judgment is completely compromised in favor of the portfolio, and that's a conflict of interest that can be "got around." This notion there's "nothing else" is just a diversion from that compromised judgment, as if this is the only available treatment/drug available for trial in the world.
