Oh, good lowered. This is a stock chat board, and I couldn't care less whether the offering of a shareholder's (who happens to be a doctor) patients as trial participants as a means to possibly advance the stock PPS can be made to appear legitimate or not. It is not legitimate, and if those patients ever got wind of their doctor's reasons for pushing THIS company's drug trial, they'd have his medical license in a heartbeat.

And... if they did participate in the trial, and some harm was done, there's no doubt whatsoever they'd have the license and all that doctor's money.
