It is amazing how new things keep popping up that should benefit IPIX greatly in the near future.

Today we had the Pfizer fund for new biotechs that appears to be tailor-made for BOTH Brilacidin and Kevetrin. Any new source of funding, whether we use it or not, helps IPIX not have to accept a low-ball offer and puts Leo/LW in a much stronger negotiating position.

Then we hear about the newly introduced DISARM Act which allows Medicare to pay hospitals to use new antibiotics to help fight superbugs and this should rapidly expand the possibilities for getting ABSSSI into commercial status much quicker than most thought possible.

I may be quite biased but both the Pfizer and the DISARM projects seem to have been written almost exclusively for Brilacidin.

I thought we would get lung tissue results early this week, but the news that keeps coming out shows that Brilacidin should be a "hot potato" in the world of BPs right now as all its indications are coming to the forefront.

Leo must be doing so much dancing that he is probably losing a lot of weight. Can't blame him. I know I have a nice spring in my step as of late.
