It will also likely be at a more shareholder friendly shareprice considering the shareprice is more than double than where it was last year in march 2019. This means it's less dilution than if it was done last year.

First, I was speaking to the shareprice last March and how this will be more friendly than if it was done then considering our shareprice was about 6 cents at the time.

And second, you have no idea what the offering price will be. But anything over 10 cents I think would be a big win (considering the ammount of cash).
