There isn't going to be a buyout - a drug patent that hasn't been approved by the FDA doesn't have any value.

Sativex made it to Phase 3 and failed at mitigating pain in cancer patients. It was no more effective than a placebo. Millions of dollars spent and it failed the FDA approved clinical trials. That is exactly why no one is going to buy a unproven drug patent for billions of dollars - it never happens.

The OWCP psoriasis patent is in no way a billion dollar patent. And there won't be a Class Action Lawsuit as OWCP doesn't have any assets to attach. Generally only the attorneys benefit in Class Action complaints.

So you are suggesting that Riterband perjured himself in Federal Court by saying the company doesn't have the financial resources to provide audited financials.
