I already talked with John of Integrity. The shares of the insiders are restricted. Their not even taking salaries from my understanding. He also told me that the TA isn't gagged but they do require authorization from the company to release this for call-ins. This isn't the issue. Insiders shares stay restricted for a year.

I don't know what everyone is hoping to find but if this is the excuse for all the flipping its a weak one. People either like the company and its mgmt or they don't. Investors either believe this has great potential or they don't.

No stock can remain in a trading range like this. It will either break to the upside or people will get tiered of it and sell off. If its to the downside it will take alot to bring investors back. It will then be left for the flippers.
