Everything else is in 3rd parties hands.



When you think of it, what is PMCB actually doing.If Facet is going to file the IND on behalf of PMCB and all work is now being coordinated by Facet.Since everything else is in 3rd parties hands. Seems the only thing PMCB is doing is issuing shares and pay every one salaries and fees.

Yet KW states PMCB is working 24/7. LOL.
