same thing with 10Ks. Before, he'd fudge numbers and have sales ranging from 800K to 900K a quarter. and he'd ALWAYS have profits.
in factg back in the day 2017 to 2018 we'd hear posts like "I don't understand, this company is heading to nobid and it's the ONLY pot penny that shows a profit!
well....it's kind of easy when you only have sales of 4M a year to just fudge the numbers. Also, I'm in another penny stock, a tech penny, and the CEO there, man, when he files HIS 10Qs, it's got the stock diluted, names and phones of all execs, and at least 5 pages 10 sized font of data.
so, even when Ballas filed forms, I'm sure they were fudged. and so what PR could he put out now?. Sorry guys, mea culpa, please buy more stock I promise not to dump any more billions I'm holding.

Say jimmy posts a profit, and it is even echoed by a paid 20 year old copywriter from Flybynite POT journal. it might attract a few noobz. say by some freaking MIRACLE it attracts 100K of noobs investment who go wow nobid? then boom, we see trip 1/trip 2 or maybe even trip 1 trip 3
and I betcha that bid of trip 1 isn't like, 400 million.....it's like 2-5 million.
then it's a RACE between us billion baggie wonders, and ballas himself to fill as much bids as they can.
in order for this thing to even get to the 0010 that I break even, my guess would take easily 1 million in frantic one week noob investomoney.
and it would have to happen so fast that ballas couldn't catch up with the market makers and us bagmeisters trying to sell and GTFO.

Problem is, with so many failed cbd companies, and this one is run out of a condo in florida, while others who are failing are actually multi million dollar affairs like CVSI with factories etc....who needs to buy a once great company who is now just a cottage industry.
