JMMattews, the one silver lining 'might' be the fact that Rakow did something that almost no pink sheet CEO has ever done - he announced the r/s in advance of any merger. I think I've seen this done maybe a couple times in all these years. Normally, they will wait until after the market closes on Friday before they announce it, which would take effect the following Monday - so no one has a chance to bail. Everyone needs to start doing some serious research on the merging company.
