yeah but at this point, they are going to hire financial advisors who will begin discussions with private investors this month about what private investors need to put up the capital to get these companies out of conservatorship

this will inform fhfa etc.

they will do the big bang in 6 months.. like 100% upside on the preferred until then, kind of insane, but that's how it is. latest i see preferred converting to common is in 13 months.
