I contacted etrade today to confirm that I was on the NOBO list. Their initial response was, "what's a nobo list?"

Then I was put on hold while the rep was asking around the office if anyone knew anything about a nobo list. Hmmmmmmm.

When I asked if they could dig a little deeper and email me what they discovered, I was told they could not send personal emails for confidentiality reasons, however, they would provide a response via account alert by Tuesday. The rep told me that someone in some back room somewhere must have some answers. Sure.

We shall see.
