Increase the AS to a billion shares...allows DGF to convert and continue to dump..otherwise why did they bring action against company?

Reverse Split.....

Both of the above options dilute....

The third option which I raised the other day and no one commented on is what if the company doesn't comply with the court order...they claim they have no money to do filings etc..and frankly the company is no longer in compliance with OTCQB 1 penny requirement..

If they don't comply..the sec will suspend the company from trading for a month to give them time to get their house in order.

And if they don't then the company's shares start trading on the greys after they are kicked off the OTC pinks...where there are no market makers...no compliance and no need to file anything...eventually a stock then gets delisted...

If this happens it points to the fact that there has been some back room negotiations vis-a-vis the sale of the company's IP because none of the large shareholders including Bignitz, Low and to a lesser degree DGF will not want to make money...

I have believed for a very long time that Bignitz is still very much calling the shots.

Ritterband hasn't said boo for the whole time he's been on board.
